Made to Order

Please see below for sizing, terms and conditions and pricing for made to order items. All the information below is relevant for both pre-order items from our website or an order placed in person/via email. Our order form can be found here.

Sizing

We offer a made to order service on the following items and sizes:

Children’s Shirts – sizes 6 months to 14 years

Children’s Dresses and Pinafores – sizes 6 months to 14 years

Adult’s Shirts – Small to 2XL

Bibs and Burp Cloths

We are able to offer coordinating hair clips, scrunchies and badges with an order for a garment for a small fee as well as in bulk where possible and depending on fabric availability – unfortunately we are not usually able to provide made to order on these items individually.

Pricing

Cost of made to order items is dependent on style, fabric and turnaround – if you require items urgently and we are able to facilitate this, there is an additional fee for items required within 10 days of ordering. Pricing is approximate and will be confirmed before deposit is paid and order finalised, please contact us for a more accurate quote.

Terms and Conditions

  • A deposit is required to secure your order – until this is paid and your order form returned, your fabric choice/s are not reserved. If placing an order for a pre-order item on the website, please send through your order form as soon as possible after placing your order.
  • Once your item has been started, we are unable to change fabrics, sizes etc. If the item has not been started, changes may be possible at our discretion.
  • Deposit is non-refundable in the event you change your mind. If I am unable to complete your order due to circumstances outside my own control your deposit will be refunded.
  • The balance of your order must be paid in full before you receive your item/s, no exceptions.
  • Once your item is ready for collection I will notify you. If your item has not been collected within 4 weeks of the initially agreed date, your item and deposit may be forfeited.
  • We request that you provide body measurements rather than a clothing size – there is often differences between brands and body measurements ensure the best fit possible. If you are unable to provide body measurements and are only able to supply a clothing size, please note this is at your risk and we are unable to alter or replace items if they end up not fitting.
  • If there are any issues with your item after they have been collected, please contact us as soon as possible via email and we will work with you to remedy these issues.
