All prices listed are in NZ Dollars, shipping cost is additional.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our ready made items are packed and shipped twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for made to order items. If you require an item urgently, please contact us.

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

We offer free shipping on orders over $150. Shipping for order under $150 is $8 nationwide urban delivery and $12 rural delivery. Delivery is usually within 3 days of items being sent, however this is subject to change based on extreme weather, public holidays, Christmas etc. If you require your item for a specific date, we suggest that you place your order at least two weeks before it is required to allow for any unforeseen issues and delays.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND

We are able to ship outside of New Zealand however this is done order by order – please contact us for rates before placing your order.

Returns and Refunds

At The Shirt Elf, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We allow returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery of your order. Return shipping is at your cost, please contact us for return address. Christchurch customers may exchange these in person at one of our markets with prior arrangement. Items must be in saleable condition – unworn, unwashed and tags and labels attached. Please note we are unable to provide returns or exchanges on any made to order items unless faulty.

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements for either repair or exchange. Please include photos of the fault so we can process this as soon as possible. Please note that over the lifetime of your clothing, buttons may become loose and fall off – this is not a fault and we are unable to provide repair for this. All our clothing with buttons do come with a spare, these are sewn onto the care label on the inside of your item.

All refunds will be via the original method used to purchase your order.
